so TRUE BLOOD, HUNG, and ENTOURAGE are either just perfect ways to end the weekend or begin the week depending on how you look at the week. . .

FB still rules but will never let go of the XANGA since so much stuff is on here from 2004 forward. . .how 5 years flew by in a blink. . .

when i first moved to l.a., i just turned 30 after having spent half of my 20′s traveling and half in yosemite. . .it was an adjustment to be in one place for awhile and then to actually search for and identify an industry and career that would satisfy all my personal requirements. . .

turning 40 in lalaland was a trip. . .and now as i turn 50 in a couple of months. . .i look back on a really charmed time in the city of angels. .. ..southern california really is the next best thing to the islande paradies that is hawaii. . .

so here comes my HBO shows and ends another drop-in to XANGA. . .xoxoxo

so checking in at the internet cafe and xanga. . lol. . .life is all about FB and Twitter right now. . .poor xanga. . .oh well. . .always want to keep my old blogs alive. . .lol. . .summer getting hot again – certainly not looking forward to it. . .travel is strapped because money is strapped. . .oh well. . .join the fucking crowd. . .honey, the world is strapped. . .oh well. . .life goes on. . .xo

glad i still keep my xanga since so many less people know about this. . .facebook is just too public. . .like only good for publicity. . .and twitter is for like real time. . .but xanga is good for private more secret blogs. . .like about how much i am so hoping that the economy gets better real fucking soon. ..lol.. .that should be public. . .lol. . .xo

in addition to staying at the stratosphere with an grea rate of $26 a night and seeing my best friend kevin who lives in vegas and my best friend doug who lives in san francisco and my mom and dad from honolulu all in vegas was fun along with my aunts and cousins from hawaii and champagne at bellagio and lunch at the top of the world just amazing times. . . of course, the big thing was my cousin jessica from hawaii winning $2.4M progressive jackpot on the wheel of fortune slot. . .amazing. . . .xo

first went years ago when i lived with aunty gemena and uncle rusty in 1982 and it was smallish and fun but this past weekend was absofuckinglutely amazing amazing amazing huge exhibit hall and of course san diego has changed very much in all this time so what an experience and then the staying at the four points by sheraton was so cool for three nights very nice and relaxing indeed all in all a very cool weekend but now back to work but looking forward to back to yosemite in three weeks.  .xoxoxo

is fun especially sitting in the car listening to benise such beautiful spanish music and what a wild month it has been yosemite rafting first week of july; conference in san francisco; then disneyland yesterday so busy it has been. . .a few movies here and there – wanted was really good hancock was okay and sex and the city again was great. . .finances are stressed. . .time will only tell. . .xoxoxoo

well, i had a busy day today as always = met jury for lunch at max’s in glendale, he was late but food good and we had a good catch up meeting chat, etc. 

i fucked up a little thogh because i was busy with email and stuff forgot to get the tickets for the movie until later and so arclight hollywood was sold out so had to head over to arclight sherman oaks to meet gaylan and see the movie – of course, perfect for friday the 13th

gaylan was late for dinner but made up for it by paying for it LOL 

overall a good movie but needed a bit more of the deaths  LOL  spooky scary but not disturbing so works in my book
