. . .all the best intentions to have posted on my birthday - october 3rd - but the full body massage by scott got in the way - lol - but really it was low-key. . .but looking forward to a short work week and a couple days in san diego with my fabulous friend noel from denver - she and i worked in yosemite all those eons ago and have remained connected. . . hope all is well with you all in the xanga universe. .have been saving this friggin starbucks cup for the last week:

The living ocean contains 97% of Earth's water, provides home for 97% of Earth's life, shapes climate and weather, governs temperature and planetary chemistry, generates oxygen, absorbs carbon dioxide and otherwise makes this planet a hospitable place for mankind. We should explore and take care of the ocean as if our very lives depended on it. Because they do.
