well horrible september finally left and october zoomed onto the scene finding myself back in honolulu for the naffaa conference which in hindsight i should have just totally blown off although i did enjoy the speech by former president of the philippines fidel ramos and the appearance of former governor ben cayetano but besides that it was pretty useless and aimless and stupid. . .anyways paradise was paradise and much shopping and eating later i was back in lalaland and the old grind. . . october is finally coming to a close and a million crisis later which included in no small fashion the total staff freakout about the rats such children. . .here comes joel and the finish of his four month sabbatical and my hopeful return to a semblance or normalcy although that is all a bit too optomistic. . .too fucking much going on as usual and just not enough humanly time nor effort to stand it all. . .let's see how halloween fairs and welcome the cooler both literally and figuratively november. . .xoxoxo. . . .

i guess that is the only way i can attribute why i and the rest of my neighbors have a hard time getting parking on our lovely strett and hill in hollywood. . .fucking cheap ass motherfucking clubbers and party-goers who are too tired ass cheap to pay whatever they are charging for parking so they can take up innocent residents' street parking. . .and as a matter of fact the even more cheap ass landlords who either do not provide parking or who don't care. . .well, i have gotta decide whether i hate this all too much and fucking finally move (please god, no, not to the valley or someplace horrible like that!) or just fucking grin and bear it like i have been for the past 17 years!!!.  . .whatever. . .besides. . .it has been yet another anus horribulus weekus of crisis and disasters. . .FUCK YEY!!!. . .she is an evil, bitch, liar, cunt, stupid, fucking cunt!!!. . .don't even want to spend any time explaining but rest assured she is the devil incarnate.  . .besides that - just smaller fires and the whole notion of doing 7 jobs. . ..did not help that THE BLACK DAHLIA sucked and then drove all the way to malibu to make it easier for andrew and june but then they drove all the way back to culver city. . .but at least neptune's net food was cool and of course, watching the surfers change out of their wetsuits in the middle of the street with only a towel around their waists can be entertaining. . . .spending last sunday at work with fanhs and gapsn was par for the course although nonetheless irritating. . .okay 'nuff bitching. . .will TRY to calm down some by getting some raw almonds, diet coke, fiji water, lotto tix, etc. from 711. . .xoxoxoxo. . .ps - hope all is going better in y'all's worlds!!!. . .

actually accomplished more at work this week than recent previous weeks because of all the ensuing drama, etc. but i guess as one gets older survival is simply the operative word. . . .so off to malibu for an early dinner with andrew and june the newlyweds and then tomorrow is a full day of gapsn board meeting and fanhs book signing all of course at the workplace fabulous sipa. . .next week looks like more activity as usual and the never ending cycle of community service. . .xoxoxo

so the tuesday bravo tv show has been focusing on losing weight projects for the month and it is definitely having a mental effect on me. . .really gotta focus on getting my knee taken care of and then seriously getting back to the gym. . .it may sound hysterically ridiculous but i am seriously going to pray fervently about this. . .this overweight is really bugging me. .. .xoxoxo

OMG - had absolutely no idea what was in store when i went to see this film last nite at arclight. . .of course, stayed too late at work yesterday because the bookeeper was held up in lancaster so when he finally arrived and got quickbooks up to date and checks cut, etc. - gone were my plans of closing the agency earlier and sending everyone home and myself traversing to the coast as is my custom.  ..but lo and behold after driving aimlessly for a couple of hours decided to take up the old haunt and enjoy the local cinema. . .and THE ILLUSIONIST did not disappoint in one least bit. . .beautifully filmed, fabulously told, entertaining all the more, and of course - my favorite - based in the wonderfully romantic historical past of european monarchy. . .ahhh the austro-hungarian empire and all that prussian pride. . .crown prince leopold the despot and the lovely grand duchess sophia von tresen. . .i entered the dark theatre tired, full, and rather bored and exited wow'd and so much so that i purchased a black fleur de lys medalion from tribal ware that i have been collecting of late from australia from the kiosk as it recalls the logo that bob yari the producer uses . . .the rambling is rampant as i effuse this incredible story. . .go see it and make your day!....................otherwise, life trudges forward with the departure praise god of our health and human services director and the restructuring of that department. ..............money is good for now and we are now half way thru the boss' sabbatical.........only time will tell how it all ends...........but i continue to stay positive and optomistic about the future.........xoxoxo

sitting here in a charming hotel room at the washington inn in oakland. . .woke up at the ungodly hour of 5am this morning to catch an early flight and get the last day of the communities for telecom rights conference. .. originally interrupted completion of this installment by the entrance of one douglas wagers who took the bart and had room service dinner and the next morning across the street marriott  breakfast with mois. . .a quick trip back to burbank proved a loss at the monthly poker.  .. another weekend in lala land. . .xoxoxo

okay finally set-up the wifi correctly this past weekend. . .with the new dell xps notebook on the bed and the wifi - totally new world. . .although i think i also do want to get the new dell xps desktop as well only because playing computer games is almost impossible on the notebook. . .we shall see. . .life continues to zoom as acting co-executive director has its own set of expectations and obligations. . .things are kinda medium right now and only prayer will ensure the positive responses from a couple of the foundations i am dealing with right now. . .also trips coming up - camping this weekend with GAPSN and then next week to oakland for CTR and then of course, back to honolulu next month for the NAFAA conference and subsequent vacation for my birhday - still waiting to confirm dale and company's coming along with. . .summer in the city of angels is coming to a close soon and we all look forward to the much more pleasant fall and the return of the boss. .  lol. . .xoxoxo. . .

okay finally received the hardware to set up at&t wi-fi at the home abode. . .hope it works. . .other than that hella crazy busy at work what with doing acting co-executive director work in addtion to my regular overwhelming duties as director of development & communications. . .oh well - one month has already flown by and the next three months will hopefully be survivable as well. . .planning another business conference trip to honolulu end of september to first week of october and that will be my birthday so inviting dale and his posse to join and that should be inneresting to say the least. . .lol. . .so much going on it makes my head spin. . .okay later daze and nites. . .xoxoxo. . .
