interesting mlk weekend. . .friday saw both tristan and isolde and casanova and really enjoyed both for various reasons. . .slept in all day cold rainy saturday. . .sunday dragged myself out finally and went to play poker at the lodestone theater's year of the dog fundraiser at oiwake in little tokyo - lost $50 and did not win a damn thing in the raffle but still loads of fun drinking sapporo and meeting new people. . .today spent most day watching the project runway reruns on my favorite cable channel bravo and then dashed out to watch the golden globes at east west lounge in west hollywood with tim chan, sanjay chhugani, marlon & julius, liming & ric, et al - happy that brokeback mountain won most of the awards. . .all in all. .. a very intersting weekend indeed. . .but still many things harping the mind - did not go to work as planned to catch up and loads of personal stuff unresolved. . .oh well. . .here comes the new week. . .xoxoxoo. ..ps - happy birthday to my dad!!! wow!  another update so soon!  still debating whether i should go to my cousin's show tonight - got a bit of a chest cold. . .just cut my hair and looked at $6.99 gay porno but did not buy any cause they looked sucky. . .lol. . .anyways. . .slept all day yesterday and that was good. . .friday spent the whole day at work cleaning up the aol email account and slowly catching up to work as usual. . .perhaps life is returning to normal. . .but i am still dreaming of all the trip vacations and busy-wise that i wanna go on this year. . .perhaps a gay  cruise?. . .vegas and palm springs. . . .honolulu, new york city, seattle/vancouver, miami/key west. . .so many options. . .and then there is asia. . .oh well. . .dreams only become reality when we first dream them. . .not looking forward to the coming week. . .tough decisions at work. . .budgetary realities and revenue shortfalls are finally being dealt with or so they say. . .we shall see. . .pray for us. . .here comes the year of the DAWG!!!. . .xoxoxoxoxoxo

okay another darn month has gone by and been so damn busy never get a chance to post xanga regularly. . .oh well. . .brokeback mountain was a TOTAL FUCKING TRIP - really good and really messed my mind up - good thing dale came with me - but still it was literally a trip down memory lane for me - well sorta - not like i am a real gay cowboy or anything - but seems like all my relationships have been EXACTLY like jake and ennis' - only i am jake and have not quite kicked the bucket yet - sorry if i spoiled anyone who has not seen the movie yet - but if you have not, you really should - ground breaking history making heart yanking experience that it is especially for us gay folks. . .

on other notes - the orlando trip during my free holiday vacation from sipa was SIMPLY FABULOUS - really loved getting away from it all and totally focused on the GOOD TIME - with the freedom of a rental car and motel and good old JET BLUE and accompanying AMERICAN EXPRESS to see me thru it all - WOW - epcot center and animal kingdom were WAY COOL and i loved everything else about central florida. . .in fact am so going back since i purchased a vacation lease prelude to a timeshare at the ORANGE LAKE COUNTRY CLUB & RESORT. . .even the stop overs at JFK were okay to and from. .

it is way too fucking late for me to still be up and at the freaking internet cafe. . .but in any case at least i finally fucking decided where i want to go for xmas and no forklift not honolulu this time - i booked jetblue burbank to orlando since i have never been to walt disney world and really want to experience both epcot center and the animal kingdom thing. . .also already bought tix for the arabian nights dinner and the gator farm.  .so anyone out there got advice for me on florida?  never been and this orlando journey should definitely be enlightening like last year's spring sojourn to the big apple. . .okay you all pray for me. . .otherwise hope the season is treating all of you well. . .xoxoxo. . .ps - also have to add that i won two tix to an advanced members only screening of BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN tomorrow at arclight and am SO excited to see it - hopefully dale shows up. . .

OMG OMG OMG another damn month and a half has transpired and i have ignored the xanga gods that be - oh well - life always gets in the way as usual - our sipa poker tourney went fine (raised only about $3k but it is a start). . .otherwise good news overall for me is that my credit is finally back on track and hopefully THIS time (#4) i won't screw it all up!!! - got a personal loan, dell card, jetblue amex, walmart, target, and submitted a whole bunch that was declined but hey gotta start back up somewhere. . .work is sameo sameo - lotsa lotsa lotsa darn corporate and foundation proposals but crossing our ass hairs that it all works out. . .will figure out where i am headed for vaca especially since sipa is now officiallly closed from december 26 to 30. . .HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HOLIDAYS to one and all!!!!!!!!!!   xoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
